Step 1)

PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEVICES TO US WITHOUT FILLING THE FOLLOWING FORM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNDOCUMENTED DEVICES.

Fill out the service request form. Once we receive your submission, we will send you an email with your repair ticket number and further information.

Step 2)

Attach a piece of paper or sticker with your name, your return address, the device passcode and the ticket number (#XXXX) to the device.

Package the device well in bubble wrap or other packaging materials.If the device isn’t a phone or tablet, please provide the charger too.

Package the bubble wrapped contents in a rigid cardboard box, closed securely with generous amounts of tape.​

Step 3)

Please send the device to us using an insured and tracked provider. We can arrange collection of your device for an additional £20, and they will also bring a label. Keep track of your tracking numbers, and let us know them when possible.
