What should I bring to my appointment?
All you need to bring is your device that needs to be repaired or checked out by us!
How long will my repair take?
Once we inspect your device, we’ll provide a clear timeline for the repair. In most cases, repairs are completed within a couple of days. We prioritise efficiency and aim to get your device back to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer discounts for students?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount for students from the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England. Additionally, if you’re a member of any our partnered university societies, you can receive an extra 5% off. Just let us know your membership status when you arrive at our store!
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. Just cancel your previous appointment and book a new one at your convenience. We’re always happy to assist with your tech repair needs on campus!
